Performance Chart

This chart type allows you to view the mean response time of a site and its availability over time. Site availability is also displayed for the selected range.

Mousing over the chart will show our InfoTips popups which provide detailed information on the specified charting interval.

Drilldown support allows you to see progressively more specific detail just by clicking on an interval of interest.

Scatter Chart

This chart provides a low level view showing the results of each individual site test.

The InfoTip for each test shows the time of the test, the remote agent that performed the test and the results of the test. Each test includes detailed timing information including the time it took to resolve the DNS, time to establish the connection, any Redirection time, the time till the first byte was received and the time till the final byte was received.

Utilizing this detailed timing information you can readily determine whether performance issues are being causing by overloaded servers or by poor internet connectivity.

Component Chart

This chart shows the mean response time for a site and breaks out the time by DNS Time, Redirect Time, Connect Time, Time to First Byte and Time to Last Byte.

Page Download Chart

This Full Page Performance chart shows how each page element is downloaded during our simulated browser visit. Utilizing this chart you can see graphically how each image and other page element affects the download time of a web page.

The download can be shown using either the HTTP 1.0 or HTTP 1.1 protocols allowing you to see how the page download performance is affected by the HTTP protocol used.

Errors Chart

This chart shows the errors that occurred during a given time range and the number of times each type of error occurred. When charting sites with Full Page performance enabled errors will also be distinguished as to whether they occurred during the base page download or the downloading of the page's content.
