elkRecorder Transaction Recorder - This Windows tool allows you to easily record and upload multi-step transactions to be tested by elkMonitor.

enhanced Error Alerting - The elkMonitor alerting system has been enhanced to help prevent false alerts generated by connectivity problems which are specific to a test agent. Prior to generating an alert, the new Notification system will verify the failure with multiple remote test agents to confirm the error is being seen on those agents as well.

Instant Tests - The Instant Feature allows tests to be run on demand from any of the elkMonitor remote test agents. The returned data is displayed using our detailed performance charts and can even be downloaded in XML format for further analysis. 

Live Online Support - Our online support option allows users to get quick answers to their questions. 

Detailed Timing Information - The Availability and Performance monitoring agents now break down the time to download a page into DNS, Redirection, Connect, Time to First Byte and Time to Last Byte times. Providing this level of detail makes it easier to diagnose whether performance issues are the result of poor internet connectivity or of heavy server load.

Enhanced Reporting and Charting - The new Chart Builder provides additional chart types and more flexibility when specifying parameters for a chart.
